Completion of “switch point mechanic”-Training

In preparation for my training as signal mechanic, I completed the training for being a “Switch point mechanic” (“Weichenmechaniker” in German) to learn not only basics about the switch points in railroads but also basics regarding Railroad Operations.

Retirement from Livestreaming

With my disinterest on doing Livestreams growing and other Interests more and more growing on me, I decided to step back from Livestreaming as a whole.
Regarding the stream, I am looking back at many successful years. I would argue, that most stuff like for example Team NUDE and the F100% would never have happened in the first place, without the Livestream.
Over the seven and a half years, I met many people through the stream and still have contact with a few until this day. The stream saw many redesigns, which I created completely on my own, and got many experimental or long time features like: Challenging the Streamer to do something in game, triggering different Playlists as Background music, Changing der Colour of the Stream Overlay, Request of the next Track in Wreckfest-Streams, Triggering Clips and Sounds on Stream, manipulating the game to make it harder for me, … and many more.

Started training as a Signal mechanic

After working as an Electrician for eleven years, I decided to expand my knowledge a bit and applied for a job as a Signal mechanic, including the needed training to fulfil this job.
In the Job my main focus would be the maintaining and fixing of Railway Signals, Signal Boxes and everything between them, concerning the control of Railway traffic.

Second 24h Stream

After the first 24h Stream worked out pretty well, I decided to do a second one in 2023.
But Instead of playing multiple different games over the runtime of the stream, I only streamed on game: Factorio. I didn't give myself a goal, the stream was mostly to try to stay awake and to see, how far I get in 24 hours.

First 24h Stream

The first 24-hour stream was more of an experiment: Could I do it? Barely, I got really sleep around the end of the stream.
Over the runtime of 24 hours I played multiple different games: RimWorld, rFactor 2, Hunt: Showdown, Ready or Not, Rocket League, Factorio, American Truck Simulator and Red Dead Redemption 2. I gave all games a short 3-hour window where I played each before I moved on to the next.

Last F100%-Race

The Last 100% Race in F1 2019, organized by me, was held on the Italian Track Monza. After that, the Raceformat was dropped entirely.
I reasoned it at the time, especially with my growing anger at the bad state of the game and my unwillingness to buy F1 2020 and move over the Race format to the new game because of that, which released in July of that year.

Team NUDE stops competing

After Team “NUDE” took part in many Wreckfest Team Tournaments organized by the SX-Team and later a group of volunteers, Team NUDE was last seen under that name in the April Tournament of 2020. The Reason was mostly because of the low Interest on the Game by the team members.
I would go on to take part in two more tournaments, with being on my own in one Tournament and being part of team “Pixel Racer” in another Tournament.
While a Driver Named Nerfzwerg went on to be the only Team member to win a race, Team NUDE never managed to get to win a tournament or even to Qualify for the Finale.
Still, the evenings were always fun and enjoyable for all the Team members.
With the Team being dissolved, I also stopped updating the Mod pack and not long after, I unlisted it from the Steam Workshop because it needed Attention to keep up with the regular updates the Developers did with Wreckfest and I didn't really see a reason to invest time for fixing issues in a mod connected to a dissolved team any longer.

I only regret, that I never referenced the “NUDE” of Team NUDE in any form on the skins I created for our cars.

First F100%-Race

Our Idea behind them was always simple: One Race of the length of a real F1 Race, the focus being on crossing the line in the end. The Competing Drivers mostly were untrained, which made these Races an interesting Challenge. The F100% Races were races organized by me and brought to live by the whole group, in the racing game “F1 2019”.

Releasing the “NUDE”-Team Mod Pack

To be able to already use our Skins I created for our Cars before the official Mod for the Wreckfest Team Tournament is updated, I put them into our own Mod.
We would go on to use this Mod with many others on our own Wreckfest-Server and I would expand the mod to make the AI harder, change names and vehicles of the AI, ramp up the damage from hitting others or ramming into things and adding more special-skins not directly related to NUDE.

Founding of Team NUDE

Born from a failed attempt to create a Team for a Wreckfest Tournament with another streamer, we created our own Team to compete in the WTT organized by the German gaming clan “SX-Team”.
The full Name of Team NUDE “Nette Union der Egozentriker” (Translated: Nice Union of Egocentrics) was a product of Nerfzwerg imagination, I would go on to be the person organizing the Drivers for each participation, preparing skins for the cars the Drivers used and on many evenings being the replacement driver.

Volunteering as Game Moderator and Clan Leader

From 2015 on, I Volunteered as a Moderator and later Game Operator in the Game “Call of War”.
My tasks were focused around helping players, giving advice and figuring out why players sometimes struggled and helping them to overcome the Problem. As a Game Operator I was also tasked in looking directly into the games from where players reported bugs, Insults and cheating.
To be honest, with my hindsight nowadays, I definitely wouldn't recommend the game.

In the same timeframe, I also established the Alliance “Project: New World”, which would go on to organize a few special events but mostly was intended to play together in more relaxed games.

Finishing School & Starting Training as an Electrician

I finished School, getting the “Realschulabschluss” (I believe it is translated to “certificate of secondary education”) and I started my training as an Electrician.
